Cuticles: to cut or not to cut, that is the question...

When we give ourselves a manicure, either at home or at a salon, what should we do with our cuticles? Is it better to remove them, or just push them back? After a lot of search, we've come to the conclusion that most beauty professionals recommend not to remove your cuticles or to push them back fully.

If you’re not sure, the cuticle is the skin immediately around the base of your fingernail. Its function is to protect the roots of your nail against infections and daily injuries. Cuticles also help our nails grow quicker and stronger.
